Dip the cotton swab into the nail polish remover. Coat the tip of the swab well with the liquid.
2Dab the wet swab on the nail polish stain. Do not rub or scrub the swab on the stain.
3Dab the wet stain with the cloth to remove the paint. Do not rub or scrub the cloth on the furniture.
4Repeat steps until all the nail polish is removed.
Wood

Scrape the top layer of nail polish from the wood using the putty knife. Press the knife so it rests at the edge of paint and lift the handle so it is at an angle. Push the knife toward the paint to scrape it off. Do not press hard on the wood and do not dig the knife into the wood.
6Dip the cotton swab into the denatured alcohol. Dab the wet swab on the stain. Do not rub or scrub the swab on the paint.
7Dab the cloth on the stain to remove the nail polish. Do not rub or scrub the wood with the cloth.
8Repeat the steps until all the paint is removed.
Leather and Suede

Dip the cotton swab in the alcohol. Completely coat the swab with the alcohol.
10Dab the wet swab on the nail polish stain. Do not rub or scrub the leather or suede.
11Dab the wet stain with the dry cloth to remove the paint. Do not rub or scrub the cloth on the leather or suede.
12Repeat the steps until all the polish is removed.
