How to Play Online Snooker Pool

The object of snooker pool is to receive the most points in a game. The players take turn "potting" the balls. The red balls must sink to gain a point. If one player fails to "pot" a ball, the turn passes to the opponent. When the first player sinks a ball, the turn remains until they miss a shot. You can also receive points if the other player "fouls." Several online websites are available to play snooker pool (see links in Resources).

Instructions

Play 3D Pool

    Press the "Click Here to Play Snooker" banner. Register for the website by selecting "Register," and then complete a small form. This contains user name, password and email address. Click the "Login as Guest" link to try snooker pool without registration. Wait while the site tests your Java plug-in and loads the game.

    Choose to "Practice" or "Challenge" a member by clicking the corresponding buttons.

    Aim the ball by moving the camera. Press the mouse button and hold while moving the mouse. Push the right button on the mouse to start the power bar. When the bar is at the correct power for your shot, release the button. Zoom by pressing the "Ctrl" button on the keyboard.

    Register for an account by clicking "Register." Insert nickname, password and email. Fill out the security number and press "Register Now." Click Play Now > Pool Games > Snooker.

    Pick a room with players. On the far left of the room name is the number of players currently in the room. For example, click "3Miasto." Press "Download" to obtain the billiards plug-in. Select, "Save File." Double-click on the application in your download folder. Wait for installation. Press "Finish." Click "Play Now" on the Game Desire website.

    Select a table to play at or press, "Create a Table." To move the cue, press the left mouse button. To shoot, hold the right button, pull the mouse back and let go of the button.
